Mr David Nunns MD FRCOG
David Nunns qualified in Medicine from the University of Manchester in 1991 and went on to complete specialist training in gynaecology in Manchester, Derby and Leicester. He undertook subspecialty training in gynaecological oncology in Adelaide and Leicester, and is an accredited subspecialist in gynaecological oncology surgery.
He became a Member of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (MRCOG) in 1997 and was awarded Fellowship (FRCOG) in 2011. He is also listed on the GMC’s specialist register.
David completed his higher research degree (MD) in vulval disease, focusing on women living with vulvodynia and vulval pain. He is an accredited colposcopist, registered with the British Society for the Study of Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology (BSCCP), and a member of the British Gynaecological Cancer Society (BGCS).
David specialises in minimally invasive surgery and performs procedures using the Da Vinci® robotic system. This advanced surgical technology allows for greater precision, smaller incisions and faster recovery times for patients.
